A warm welcome from our Development Office at St. Mary’s Primary School.
The role of our Development Office is to build relationships with parents, alumni, grandparents, parishioners and the general community. Other responsibilities include coordinating major events and activities such as our annual Auction, Golf Tournament, and Vendor’s Fair, as well as, seeking the contribution of your time, talent and treasure, which is a tremendous asset to our students and our school.
Listed below are some of the ways to give and lend your support:
Sharing Your Time & Talents. Classroom assistants, classroom readers, lunch and recess assistants are only a few of the variety of volunteering opportunities needed at St Mary’s. All volunteers are required to attend a Training Workshop and submit a CORI background check before assisting!
Making a Charitable Donation to our Annual Appeal. Your financial support to our mission is welcome and truly appreciated. Donations made to our school directly benefit our students by supporting our academic programs and activities all year long. All donations may be made payable to St. Mary’s Primary School.
Donation through a Matching Gift. Many companies and organizations will match donations made by their employees to nonprofit, 501(c) (3) organizations through a Matching Gift Program.
Sponsor or Assist a Student in Need.
Give a child in need the gift of a Catholic education by financing or assisting with their individual tuition needs. For more information about our confidential sponsorship program, please contact our principal Brian M. Cote.
Memorial Gifts and Donations. Your gift in memory of a loved one, friend, or organization will serve as a meaningful tribute to them while helping a great many others. Each Memorial will be acknowledged promptly with a thoughtful letter or card.
